Every BurgerBoy TX plan combines core protections with optional enhancements. Below is an overview of what our service agreements can include when items are eligible and properly maintained.

HVAC Systems

Central air, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, thermostats, and related components subject to plan limits and refrigerant policies.

Plumbing

Water heaters, stoppages, toilets, faucets, shower valves, and interior water lines when failure stems from normal use.

Electrical

Main panels, breakers, wiring, switches, and ceiling fans installed per code and within coverage scope.

Kitchen Appliances

Refrigerators, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, built-in microwaves, and garbage disposals.

Laundry

Washers and dryers including motors, drums, controls, and heating elements when covered.

Optional Pool & Spa

Pumps, heaters, and filtration components available as add-ons for qualifying installations.

How a Service Request Works

  1. Report the issue — Log in or use our contact form describing symptoms and when the failure began.
  2. Review eligibility — A specialist confirms coverage, service fee, and any documentation needed.
  3. Dispatch — We assign an independent contractor from our network.
  4. Repair or replace — The technician completes work per plan terms; replacements use comparable models when required.
  5. Follow-up — Quality checks ensure the repair resolved the reported problem.

Maintenance requirements, dollar caps, and code upgrades may apply. Your personalized plan booklet lists exclusions such as cosmetic damage, misuse, and pre-existing conditions discovered at enrollment.
